sara-bussandriDo you ever feel stressed, overwhelmed, tired, unsettled, frazzled and find that there aren’t enough hours in the day, and you’re just not winning? At work, at home, with your partner, with your children, with your friends or even just with yourself?

Then you’ve come to the right place.

I’m Sara.

I’m Italian but have lived in London, UK since 2003.

I’m a mum to 3 boys – The Big Guy (8), The Middle Guy (5) and The Little Guy (2) and a wife to The Husband (well, of course).


My story is simple.

I got to my mid-thirties and 2016 hit.


It shook the world all around us, and in a smaller way, it shook my personal world too.

It woke me up to the fact that something wasn’t right. I was always shattered, easily overwhelmed and doing so many things at once that I wasn’t focusing on anything well enough.

I called it ‘distracted living’.

2016 took it upon itself to teach me (the hard way, if you’re wondering why there’s a category called ‘broken leg’) that something had to give, and things had to change. And for the better.

So what is it to you?

This is a platform to show you that self-improvement and behavioural changes are possible.

They are hard to achieve, and they take time, commitment and conscious effort, but they are possible.

I’m very change-averse, so if I can do it, so can you.

Follow me on this journey, and I’ll share what I’ve learnt along the way.
